Former Deputy speaker, Chibudum Nwuche dumps PDP for APC


Former Deputy Speaker of the House of Reps, Chibudum Nwuche has defected to APC from PDP. Nwuche, who was a founding member of PDP announced his defection yesterday April 9th.
