Remember the politician caught with PVCs in March? He got INEC Certificate of Return

Remember Dr Chukwuemeka Ujam, former Commissioner for Land in Enugu State who contested for the Nkanu East/West House of Reps seat and was allegedly caught with 4000 PVCs in Enugu and was paraded by the military? (read here.) Well, INEC has given him his certificate. *sad face*
